Privacy Policy

Tattoo Artist OS is a private lead-management tool used by an independent tattoo artist to organize customer inquiries and follow-up.

Information we process

When a person contacts the connected professional Instagram account, the system may process:

the Instagram-scoped account identifier supplied by Meta;
the display name or username supplied by Meta;
the content and timestamp of the inbound message;
lead-management information entered or approved by the artist.

Why we process it

to identify and organize an inquiry;
to understand what information is available or missing;
to prepare the artist for a personal consultation;
to manage manual follow-up;
to maintain an accurate private customer record.

The system does not automatically send messages, book appointments, quote prices, reject customers or confirm a work location.

Storage and security

Customer identity is stored in an encrypted private vault. Operational lead data is kept in a private data area excluded from the public source repository. Access credentials and secrets are stored outside the repository in a protected credential store.

Information is limited to what is needed for the customer relationship. It is not sold and is not used for third-party advertising.

Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers required to operate the integration, including Meta and approved infrastructure providers. They process information only for the services used by Tattoo Artist OS.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only while needed for the inquiry, consultation, project, follow-up or applicable legal obligations. A person may request access, correction or deletion by contacting @eyal_tattoo through Instagram Direct.
