Tattoo Artist OS is a private lead-management tool operated by Eyal Noy for organizing inquiries sent voluntarily to the connected professional Instagram account.

Service scope

The current service receives inbound Instagram inquiry events, organizes the minimum information needed for manual lead follow-up, and prepares internal workflow recommendations for the artist.

The service does not automatically send customer messages, book consultations or appointments, quote prices, reject customers, or confirm a city, studio or work location. All customer-facing and commercial decisions require Eyal's manual review.

Acceptable use

The service may be used only for legitimate tattoo-business inquiry management. It must not be used to send spam, impersonate another person, scrape unrelated accounts, make automated customer decisions or process information unrelated to the customer relationship.

Availability

The service is currently a limited pilot. Availability is not guaranteed, and features may be changed, paused or discontinued while the pilot is evaluated.

Privacy and deletion

Personal information is handled according to the published Privacy Policy. People may request deletion through the published User Data Deletion process.

Third-party services

The integration depends on Meta and Cloudflare services. Their own terms and availability also apply. Tattoo Artist OS does not control outages or policy changes in those services.
